Description: These two white grape varieties are among the most well-known in the world of white wines. Each has its own identity and character. This blend and its carefully worked proportions aim to extract the essence of each of the two components.
The floral flavour and the crisp acidity of the Sauvignon blanc are harmonised by the balance of roundness and softness of the Chardonnay.
