The Wine Library: a new setting for your tastings and events
Created in 2026, for the 40th anniversary of the Estate, the Wine Library is a reception hall in Denens, designed as a cabinet of curiosities: a cosy atmosphere, where one shares a special moment with friends, family or colleagues, around a good meal and a glass of wine from the cellar.
It accommodates up to 60 people (seated) for your private events: birthdays, weddings, seminars and corporate dinnners. Our three partner caterers, chosen for the quality of their cuisine, creativity and attention to detail, offer standing buffet dinners and refined meals tailored to each occasion. In fine weather, the terrace opens onto our old high-stem orchard.
It is also in this original setting that we welcome you every week, on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings, to taste our wines and spirits.

After many years spent serving great chefs across Europe and then at the service of the Auberge aux 2 Sapins, it is time to develop my culinary inspirations with everyone.
Our Vaud terroir is full of producers enhancing their products and harvests. With a focus on simple and tasty traditional cuisine, I strive to highlight all these elements in attractive dishes.
It is also about putting my qualities at your service every day by following the seasons, the whims of nature which is as beautiful as it is capricious.
Rates and conditions
Would you like to organise your event at the Wine Library? Here are the essentials of our conditions. A detailed offer will be sent to you upon request.
The rental
- CHF 500.- (VAT 8.1% included), for a maximum of 60 people
- Includes the room and the terrace, the indoor and outdoor furniture (weather permitting), the crockery and the cleaning.
- Maximum duration: 7 hours (terrace until 10pm, room until midnight).
Drinks
- Only wines from the Estate are served, according to your wishes and availability
- Non-alcoholic drinks and beer provided by the Estate
- The prices are indicated in the offer
- Cellar visit with explanations and tasting: CHF 10.- per person
Meals
- Our house formulas (malakoffs (Vaud cheese fritters), fondue) or one of our three partner caterers
- Direct contact with the caterer is mandatory to define the menu according to your desires and budget
- Service staff is required: provided by the caterer according to the formula, otherwise charged at CHF 35.-/h
