Impératoire is a Gin whose alcoholic base we have worked on is mainly composed of apple, allowing for a bit more roundness and sweetness than working with a base of purified industrial alcohol.
The idea that guided the development of Impératoire was to offer a different Gin without one of its identity ingredients: juniper berries. The roots of imperator subtly replace the latter by giving "Impératoire" a slight gin and tonic taste without needing to add the latter.
