"This sparkling wine shows itself with a beautiful bright, pale yellow colour. This Chasselas develops delicate aromas with subtle notes of citrus and yellow fruits. Flavourful, the mousse fine and persistent with delicate fresh and fruity notes. It seduces with its spring-like and charming progression, leading to a generous and long finish, inviting a second glass. This pet nat’ pairs well with an aperitif, ceviche, salmon canapés, sushi, and maki."
